I’m a 30yo Góral-American artist and YA writer living in Wisconsin. I’m also a disabled, white butch lesbian who's gender fluid and go by they/them pronouns.
I draw on my heritage (like wycinanki folk art & Góral embroidery patterns) to create vibrant papercraft and marker pieces.

ArtWhen I was young, I wanted to create VIBRANT art and was frustrated when my colored pencils didn’t have enough saturation! I turned to paint and had absolutely zero talent for it. But when I borrowed some of my mom’s stamping markers, markers became a medium I immediately loved.
Later, I drew on my heritage to make a wycinanki piece (Polish papercraft folk art). I adapted to make a papercraft project for a college assignment and fell in love with papercrafting in general. |
WritingMy writing journey is much simpler: I’ve been writing fantasy stories since elementary school. My very first dream was to become a published author, and I’ll be damned if I let it die.
I've also beta-read novels upcoming for publishing in 2021. I love editing and would have pursued a career in it if my para-arthritis didn't make typing for hours impossible. |
